HB 1977  RELATING TO GASOLINE DEALERS               EEP, CPC
        Creates an exception to the gasoline retail
        divorcement law by allowing a manufacturer or jobber
        to operate a former dealer operated retail service
        station where the current or new dealer is in
        agreement with such an operation and when the dealer
        has a contract interest in the operation.

HB 2340  RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON MANUFACTURERS OR JOBBERS
        IN OPERATING SERVICE STATIONS, AND LEASE RENT CONTROLS
                                                      EEP, CPC
        Repeals the law relating to restrictions on
        manufacturers or jobbers in operating service
        stations, and lease rent controls.

HB 1893  RELATING TO ENERGY                         EEP, FIN
        Supports mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions.      

HB 2428  RELATING TO REDUCING GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION    EEP
        Adds a new objective to the State's energy facility
        system planning objectives concerning the reduction of
        greenhouse gas emissions.

HB 2548  RELATING TO SOLAR WATER HEATING            EEP, FIN

 
 
 
        Modifies requirements for the installation of solar
        water heaters or heat pump electric water heaters for
        new single family residential homes.

HB 2329  RELATING TO ENERGY CONSERVATION TAX CREDITS EEP, FIN
        Repeals sunset date for solar tax credit.

HB 2539  RELATING TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE REVOLVING FUND
                                                      EEP, FIN
        Increases the tax on petroleum from five to twenty
        five cents per barrel.

HB 2540  RELATING TO CLEAN AIR                      EEP, FIN
        Authorizes the assessment of fees on air pollution
        sources to mitigate the impact of their emissions.
